Experience a hunt like no other, on the edge of north america
The Middle Ridge Outfitters Lodge is located on the pristine shores of Kepenkeck Lake in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The remote Middle Ridge Lodge has been in operation since 1995 and has enjoyed a high hunt success rate for the past 28 years.
In Newfoundland and Labrador, our way of life is a little different.
We don’t believe much in regret. We take what each day has to offer, and we don’t wait for a reason to celebrate. That’s why you’ll find us dancing and singing or having “a time” any night of the week, at a kitchen party or on the shore. We’re about as far away from Disney Land as you can get.
MEET YOUR GUIDES: Jason and Jeremy Moore, Co-Owners and Licensed Guides
Jason and Jeremy Moore were introduced to Newfoundland’s great outdoors at an early age. The twin boys would accompany their father and uncles on Moose and Caribou hunting trips, and it was there they developed a deep love for big game hunting.
Although the guys were very active in the family’s restaurant businesses, they always made time for their passion during the fall. Whether guiding for outfitters or bagging their own trophy Moose, Caribou or Black Bear the guys were doing what they loved best!
Since those early trips almost 30 years ago, both Jason and Jeremy have honed their skills to become avid hunters and licensed professional guides.
With both of the boys having young families who share the same passion for the outdoors, the outfitting industry was a must. That’s why when the opportunity to become co-owners in Middle Ridge Outfitters presented itself, the guys jumped at the chance to have their own Lodge.
